Egg, Bacon and Cheese Muffins


             Hi folks! I wanna share with you my easy made breakfast. If you're looking for easy breakfast recipe and most importantly almost all of the ingredients are common and available in our Fridge. Here's my very own recipe that you could try also. This is so simple, and yet perfect for our breakfast appetite, this could be fun to make for those who have kids too. I call this Egg, bacon and cheese muffins.. I got this idea on net but this is quite different especially I made it more easy.

HERE ARE WHAT YOU NEED:


Oppppppps...i forgot the milk, just don't forget you need milk too!

4 pcs. of large eggs

1 roll of Cresent rolls or great Value brand (natural or no flavor)
shredded cheese ( any brand available at home )
1/4 cup milk
Slices of bacon

Salt
Ground Pepper

MATERIALS:

1. Muffin Molds

 
2. Oven (small or big oven)


                                                     

COOKING PROCEDURES:

1. Pre-heat the oven into 350 degrees.

2. Open-up the cresent roll and lay triangular dough into the muffin molds to fill it in.

 

3. Fry the slices of bacon in a pan until it turns brownish and crispy, then cut into small tiny pieces ( use scissor ).

MANGO DESSERT


Ingredients:
2 box graham crackers
4 tablespoon of crushed graham
4 tablespoon of crushed peanuts or almonds
1 cup all purpose cream or coolwhip (or a can of NESTLE table cream, 7.6FL OZ,225ml)
1 can (14 oz, 396g) condensed milk
6 cups of mangoes (thinly sliced)


Note: If you can’t find Philippine mango make sure you pick the yellow one from Mexico because it’s similar in taste. (see picture)






Procedure:
1. In a rectangular dish, arrange 8 to 10 pieces of graham crackers.
2. Set aside.
3. In a bowl, combine the cream/cool whip and condensed milk. (Mix well)
4. Then on the layered crackers on the bottom, spread the milk and cream mixture.
5. Then spread out the thin sliced mangoes evenly on top of the cream.
6. Make another layer of graham crackers; spread the cream and mango slices. (You can do lots of layers if you want)
7. Garnish top layer with mango and sprinkle the crushed graham or crushed peanuts/almonds.
8. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.

ATSARA (PAPAYA RELISH) RECIPE

...this is good for dessert

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1-1/2 cups grated raw papaya
  • 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • 1/4 cup sweet red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black ground pepper
  • 1/4 cup Finely chopped fresh ginger
Directions:
  1. Mix grated papaya, carrot and sweet red pepper in a deep glass bowl. Set aside.
  2. Boil the vinegar, sugar, ginger, salt and pepper uncovered in a cooking pan for 2 – 4 minutes.
  3. Pour the vegetables mixture cover for 5 – 8 minutes, then remove from the pan to a glass bowl , let it cool and then put on clean clear glass bottle, refrigerate.
Note: To grate raw papaya, peel off skin and cut lengthwise into four pieces – discard seeds. Wash papaya, dry and grate using a cheese grater

i just used this because can't find green(unripe) papaya in store

BAKED MACARONI-CHICKEN RECIPE

You will need these:

chicken breasts/boneless
2 cans mushroom soup
1 cup elbow macaroni
bread crumbs
salt
pepper

Cooking instructions:

1. Grill the chicken breasts and cut into medium pieces, while cooking the elbow macaroni.


2. Toast the white bread and set aside. And pre-heat the oven into 360degrees.


3. In a baking pan, put the grilled chicken first, next is cooked elbow macaroni spread it all the way on top of the grilled chicken, and pour out 1 can of mushroom soup all the way on top of chicken and macaroni layer.



4. Put the bread crumbs, and then pour out the other can of mushroom soup and put cooked macaroni on the very top of all layers.


5. Baked in 40-45minutes.

6. Serve with fried potatoes or baked potatoes.

MY LECHE'FLAN RECIPE: For today's snack

I cooked this leche'flan this morning and now ready to serve
and taste's heavenly!!!

INGREDIENTS:

1 can  evaporated milk
1 can  condensed milk
10 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of vanilla

For the caramel:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup water

LECHE'FLAN COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  • In a saucepan, mix the sugar & water. Bring to a boil for a few minutes until the sugar caramelize.
  • Pour the caramelized sugar into aluminum moulds - you can use any shape: oval, round or square. Spread the caramel on the bottom of the moulds.
  • Mix well the evaporated milk, condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla by hand or blender.
  • Gently pour the mixture on top of the caramel on the moulds( aluminum or pyrex). Fill the moulds to about 1 to  1 1/4 inch thick
  • Steam for about 20 minutes
  • Let cool then refrigerate.
  • To serve: run a thin knife around the edges of the mould to loosen the Leche Flan. Place a platter on top of the mould and quickly turn upside down to position the golden brown caramel on top
You can tell when the Leche Flan is cooked by inserting a small knife -if it comes out clean, it is cooked.

MY LETTUCE SALAD RECIPE


YOU WILL NEED:

 Lettuce (cut into salad size pieces
1 piece tomato
1 onion
cucumber
1 pack of turkey breast meat
pepperchinis
dressing (ranch, vinaigrette, italian)
sunflower seed (optional)

EASY TO MAKE:

1. Cut lettuce into salad size pieces. Put 2 cups of lettuce on a bowl or a plate.

2. Cut onion, tomato, cucumber into pieces, then put all together on the plate with lettuce.

3. Put dressing on top of the salad. Then serve.
