MY "BACON-TURKEY ROLLS" RECIPE

For some reason I was craving bacon for my snack. I don't like it fried on a skillet because it's terribly oily. When I opened the fridge I saw turkey breasts meat and I was thinking it would be good to roll the bacon over the turkey breast meat and bake it on the small oven toaster. In this way, the oil will drop out from the bacon meat as it is slowly baked and toasted in the oven. So far, it's awesome and so tasty...most importantly so simple and easy to make.

YOU'LL NEED:
Oven (small oven toaster)
Bacon meat
Turkey Breast meat
cheese
Unused tooth pick( to hold the rolled meat together)

HOW TO MAKE:

1. Pre-heat the oven toaster into 400 degrees.

2. Put a slice of cheese at the middle of the turkey breast meat.

3. Roll the turkey breast meat with a cheese on it and double roll it with another piece of turkey breast meat.

4. Roll a 1 piece of bacon over the rolled turkey breast meat and use unused tooth pick to hold the meat together.

5. Put each rolled meat into the oven with 2" apart. Set the timer in 40-45mins until the bacon is brown.

6. Take out from the oven and put on a clean plate and let it a li'l cooler. Chop and serve.

here we go...my perfect snack with lemon soda drinks!
