MY POT ROAST BEEF RECIPE

YOU WILL NEED:
1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning
2 1/2 to 3lbs. boneless chuck or ramp toast,beef meat,well trimmed
5 cups cut fresh vegetables, such as carrots,cabbage,onions,tomatoes,potatoes
    broccoli, couliflower.
1 cup water
Slow cooker

DIRECTIONS:
1. Place roast and vegetables in slow cooker

2.Mix seasoning and water until blended. Pour over roast and vegetables. cover.

3.Cook 8hrs on LOW or 4hours on HIGH. Remove roast and vegetables to serving platter. Stir sauce before serving.
